Terms & Conditions
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following rules regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online shop www.gaama.org
(2) In the event of a contract, the agreement is concluded with:

(3) The presentation of goods and services in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods. By ordering the desired goods and services, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) The following process applies when an order is placed via our online shop (Webinars, Workshops or Books): The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop. It must be explicitly stated that the use and application of products and services of German Academy of Aesthetic Medicine & Anatomy is at the user's own risk. The German Academy of Aesthetic Medicine & Anatomy assumes NO liability for any damages or complications. All educational content provided by our academy is intended solely for academic and professional development purposes. The application of anatomical or medical knowledge acquired through our courses is the sole responsibility of the participant. Our academy assumes no liability for the clinical use, outcomes, or consequences arising from the implementation of this knowledge. Medicine is constantly evolving, and every patient presents unique variables that require individual assessment and professional judgment. By purchasing the product or service, the customer accepts full responsibility for the use of the product or service.
The order process includes the following steps:

Registering in the online shop with account credentials (email and password)

Final review or correction of entered data

Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” or “Buy” button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the webpage with the customer's input data using the “Back” button of their internet browser and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately via an automatically generated email (“Order Confirmation”). A purchase contract is only concluded upon receipt of a shipping confirmation by email.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders via our online shop: We send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the GTC at any time at www.gaama.org. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The prices listed include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.
(2) The consumer can choose to pay via PayPal, credit card (Visa), or Klarna.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Shipping occurs as quickly as possible within 1–2 business days.
(2) Express shipping: Packages ordered by 2:00 p.m. on a business day (excluding Saturday) are usually delivered within Germany within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 p.m. will typically be delivered on Monday.
(3) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold passes to the buyer only upon handover of the item, even in the case of mail order purchases.
(4) In the case of delivery difficulties or product discontinuation, we reserve the right not to deliver the ordered product and to provide information about replacement products of equal or superior quality and price, which you can order instead. If you do not wish to order such replacement products, we will refund all amounts you may have already paid for unavailable products.
(5) Undeliverable shipments: If we are unable to deliver a shipment, we will store it at our warehouse for up to 10 days. A notice will be left indicating the location of the order and how it can be collected. If you do not contact us to arrange delivery, we will assume you wish to terminate the contract. In that case, the contract shall be considered terminated. As a result, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, no later than 30 days from the date the contract is considered terminated. We reserve the right to charge you for any shipping or other costs resulting from the contract termination.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
