Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Book Orders (Physical Goods)

If you are a consumer and have purchased a book through our website, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the book.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price of the book as well as the standard delivery costs(i.e. the cost of the cheapest standard shipping method offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive and inspect the returned book.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

❗ Please note:

You are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not reimburse or cover return postage under any circumstances.

The return shipment must be made at your own expense and risk.
In addition to return shipping costs, the customer is also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be incurred in the process of returning goods from outside the European Union.

Should any such charges be billed to us, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the total refund.
We suggest choosing a return shipment option with tracking-number and that you also inform us about the tracking-number via e-mail info@gaama.org , so that we can track your return shipment. Otherwise we can not guarantee a refund, in case of problems during the return shipment or if we are not able to receive your return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce the refund in the following cases:

If the book is returned in a condition that is clearly used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess its nature or quality;
If there is evidence of intentional damage, misuse, or manipulation;
If the returned item is no longer resellable due to its condition.
If we are not able to receive your return shipment in case of problems during the return shipment and no tracking-number is available.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Webinars, Online Courses and in-person Courses

There is no right of withdrawal for bookings of webinars or online courses that take place at a fixed date or time, in accordance with § 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

These are time-specific services (such as live events) that are legally excluded from the right of cancellation. Therefore, once booked, these services cannot be cancelled or refunded, even in the case of non-attendance.

Please ensure you are available to participate before completing your booking.
